We check available UR apartments every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 10:00 AM.

We book and attend room tours on your behalf, film the property, take photos, and send them to you afterward.

- Applying for new utilities or canceling services when moving.
- Updating or configuring "My Page" accounts for services such as PASMO and other personal online portals.
Accompaniment Services
110,000 JPY for 4 hours
Travel expenses apply, and travel time is included in the total hours.
We provide in-person support to help you navigate situations where language or cultural differences might be challenging.
- Accompanying you to banks for tasks such as opening an account or resolving issues.
- Assisting with shopping, including finding specific items or understanding product information.
- Providing in-person interpretation.
- Guiding you through city hall or other public offices to complete necessary procedures.
