My Journey

Before starting this service, I spent over a decade working as an executive assistant and coordinator in global companies across industries such as construction, engineering, and media. These experiences allowed me to work closely with professionals from diverse backgrounds — and to witness the daily challenges non-Japanese speakers face when living and working in Japan.

While supporting executives, I often noticed that many difficulties went beyond office tasks. Finding a home, managing utilities, and navigating local systems could easily become stressful without language or cultural guidance. That realization inspired me to launch a dedicated service to provide comprehensive support for international people in Japan.

My Mission

I founded this business under Skarlet Ltd., my family’s real estate company, to build a bridge between Japan and the international community. My goal is to create an environment where people can focus on their work and life goals — while I help handle the details that make life in Japan easier.

From relocation and daily living support to assisting foreign entrepreneurs with business setup, I act as your reliable partner — someone you can trust to make things clear, smooth, and comfortable.

My Background

I earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Communication from Kanda University of International Studies, and I’ve built strong business English skills through both education and practical experience.

I also lived and worked in Toronto, Canada, where I gained valuable insight into English-speaking workplaces and cross-cultural communication.

These experiences taught me not only language skills, but also how to connect with people warmly and professionally — something I bring into every client relationship today.
