With a background as an executive assistant at a German company in Tokyo and over 6 years of experience supporting top executives across industries like civil engineering, construction, and media, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges non-Japanese speakers face while living and working in Japan. Despite my efforts to assist expats within various organizations, I often encountered issues that extended beyond my role, which inspired me to create a dedicated service to address these challenges.
